In 2020, we created a “Hero Workout” for Dave, incorporating things that he loved, specifically swimming.
Hero Workouts are how we pay tribute to fallen heroes, such as Dave.
We created event shirts and pledged half of the funds raised to help the LA City Firefighters who were injured in the building explosion on Boyd Street, and the other half went to the family of Long Beach Police officer Anton Fischer.

The “Rosa Hero Workout” event was amazing!
We may have been hampered due to Covid, but it was still a great turnout and a beautiful tribute that we will continue to have annually.
